How It Works

Every sponsorship donation will ad to a resource pool of funding that will be specifically used to cover individual and group coaching sessions for those that are not receiving coaching through their departments.

When an individual is seeking coaching services they will submit a brief verification form and request prepaid sessions. When funding is available, they will receive a promo code that will allow them access to select a coach of their choosing to work with 1-on-1.
